Police Threat Constrains Bitcoin Trader to Commit Suicide Over 11,575 BTC

Threat from a police officer has resulted in a Bitcoin trader suicide. The
trader, who was said to have commited suicide after receiving threats, blamed
a police officer and his brother for his action.

The cryptocurrency trader, on Saturday night, hanged himself from the ceiling
in his residence in Ranip, a neighbourhood in Ahmedabad, Indian state of
Gujarat.

According to residents of the neighborhood, the victim, Bharat Patel, left a
note indicting a police officer and his brother who have been threatening him
for some time.
