光碟重灌 - Windows

對不起我想要請問大家一下

我的電腦現在開機時都會變到一個藍頻的顯示unknown hard error

也根本到不了桌面

我想拿windows XP sp3 的光碟來重用

但是在BIOS裡的Boot Device Priority裡的1st Boot Device

卻找不到CDROM這個選項

右邊還寫說

A device enclosed in parenthesis has been disabled in

the corresponding type menu.

這樣是我的光碟機壞了嗎

還是我應該怎麼做呢
