著名防毒軟體公司 Kaspersky 卡巴斯基於前日聲明，他們找到了新的證據，顯示有一隻
新的木馬程式，名為 Backdoor.OSX.SabPub.a，將透過 Microsoft Office 2011 for
Mac 本身所存在的漏洞進行間諜攻擊，而這隻木馬同時也被 SOPHOS 防毒公司發現，名稱
定為 SX/Sabpab-A。
而 Gizmodo UK 則針對這數月來，連續發現的兩隻 Mac OS X 執行木馬，做出了以下想法
，解釋 Mac OS X 在安全的觀點：
我不認為 OS X 會走向 Windows 系統充滿被惡意程式感染的高風險，但它的確需要
做一些更好的防護。你也不能爭辯 Mac OS X 的確處在一個因為支援 JAVA 或 Office 等
第三方程式，而 Apple 能做的相當有限，導致使用者必須承受的苦。
Now I’m not saying everyone should panic and that OS X is now going to
be inundated with malware just like Windows unfortunately is, but it might be
worth getting some protection. You could argue that it’s nothing to do with
Apple as both Java and Office are third-party programs, but it’s still Mac
users that suffer.
這勢必為未來走勢。隨著 Mac 越來越成為一個熱門的作業系統，開發病毒的人自然
會盯上這塊有龐大利益的目標。而且，大部分的 Mac OS X 使用者都沒有安裝最基本的防
毒軟體，這使病毒們對此系統可以允取允求。不過，Apple 也注意到了這件事情，在今年
暑假要推出的 Mac OS X Mountain Lion 作業系統，新打造的 Mac App Store 守門人（
GateKeeper），將使這情況獲得好轉。
It was almost inevitable though. With the meteoric rise of the Mac as a
popular platform, OS X makes a juicy target for virus writers. After all,
where there’s a will there’s a way and with most Mac users not even running
basic anti-virus they’re ripe for the picking. That Mac App Store with
Gatekeeper is looking better and better.
