台灣可用Apple Pay購買App、遊戲和音樂了 - iOS

想借問一下
小弟我i11 ios也更新到最新了
從來沒看到app store 可以跟 Apple Pay 連結
爬了很多文都沒有解
想請問各位大大是出了什麼問題
