如何安裝pcman plugin - Linux

第一次使用linux這個系統
因為系統是使用firework瀏覽網頁
但是無法開啟bbs
想請問
我知道是要安裝pcman plugin這個元件
但是不知道該怎麼在linux底下安裝
有人可以告訴我步驟嗎??
