實況只能收到麥克風或是我的聲音其中之一 - 喇叭音響

請問一下，
我最近想做實況轉播，
可是，
我不管怎麼設定只能選擇「麥克風」或是「您聽到的聲音」其中一個。

系統是用WIN XP，
音訊卡是 Creative Audigy LS Audio Processor (SB Live! 24-bit)

當我點進「錄音控制」，只能選擇「麥克風」或是「您收到的聲音」其中一個。
沒辦法兩者都收到。

我爬了很多文，他們說在錄音控制的地方可以選「立體混音」
「Rear pink in」這些
但是這些選項我都沒有，
不是隱藏起來了，是真的沒有。

我錄音的選項只有：
您聽到的聲音、麥克風、線性輸入、S/PDIF-輸入、輔助。


這是我音效卡沒辦法混音的關係嗎？
還是設定上的問題，其實有辦法可以解決？
