後來發現好像要排台灣的才有用(要有地址能收貨)
今天看到來信通知小開心了一下
發現是美國來的，而且也不是通知排到

EVGA has taken these steps to increase availability and speed up the queue
for gamers looking to purchase a graphics card. Your notification queue
position remains the same. However, if you wish to remain in the notification
queue for 08G-P5-3767-KR you may "opt out " of this move; you will be once
again placed back in the notification queue with your previous sign-up time.
Please note that EVGA strongly recommends against opting out, because there
is no ETA for availability and no guarantee that your order will be fulfilled
for your original part number. Moreover, once you opt out, you may neither
request to be placed back in the queue for 08G-P5-3767-KL, nor request an
order notification for 08G-P5-3767-KL; you may only be in one queue at a time.

簡單說就是，之前排08G-P5-3767-KR的，都會自動被改成排鎖算力的08G-P5-3767-KL，
但是你如果還是堅持想排沒鎖算力的，可以上去官網"到貨通知"的地方，
原本"離開排隊"的按鈕旁會多一個，"改排KR"回去排沒鎖的版本
但是EVGA強力建議不要這麼作，因為他們沒有預計什麼時候還會出沒鎖的本
接下來幾週台灣官網排隊的應該也會陸收到類似的信吧
