無法移除chrome資料夾 - Google

我想要升級chrome所以要移除原來的本版

可是chrome卻一直有一個叫Local State的檔案

即使從開機了還是沒辦法移除 一直說在執行中

有沒有高手能幫我解決這個問題呢?
