各位大大好：
我想請問 現在電腦裡面預先安裝好的windows 7是全語言版嗎？
是不是已經包含了各國的語言 可以切換呢？
例如：我如果在美國買了筆記型電腦，內裝的windows 7作業系統都是英文
是否可以自己調整切換，改成繁體中文呢？
如果可以，要到什麼地方修改呢？
