羅技的線上客服 - 鍵盤

最近 MX3200 鍵盤滑鼠組的滑鼠"又"出問題

也是滑鼠不吃電池的問題

一年前也發生一樣的問題...

當時也是透過線上客服信反應之後

寄去換一組新的回來


這次想依循相同方法

但這幾天寫客服信

準備送出時都會出現伺服器錯誤的資訊...

不知道這幾天有沒有板有寄成功過的？
