螢幕錄影錄音sunflower不能？ - MAC

不知道什麼狀況，
一直以來螢幕錄影都很正常，
但是似乎是最近mac自動更新後
突然要錄影切換sunflower作為音源輸出等等就沒有辦法設定

想請問有什麼解決方式，或者是其他的軟體得以使用嗎？
