輸入法只能輸入英文 - Windows

"Windows鍵" + "R" → 輸入 "winver" 並將上面的版本資訊打到文章內




作業系統：windows 8

Service Pack：

發生問題頻率：7/25開始

是否有做Windows Update：否

問題內容：無法換輸入法

只能打英文

Google 後的方法我都試過了
