適合播放 XAVC S 格式的程式？ - MAC

最近工作所需，必須大量瀏覽 XAVC S 格式的4k影片。
(SONY AX1、AXP55、A7R2)

影片不長，大約都1-2分鐘的素材片段。

而我在Mac上瀏覽素材時，
（Macbook pro with retina Early 2015 13" 16GB ram）

用了3種播放軟體（QuickTime player、5k player、MPlayer X），
但是都會出現播放不順、影像延遲的狀況。
使得整理檔案有點困難...

除了SONY原廠不好用的PlayMemories Home之外，
是否有更合適的播放軟體呢？
