1080 GPU使用率一直很低的問題 - 顯卡

POWER: 650W 已接上雙8pin
驅動：最新
OS：最新
解析度1080P
剛從GTX970升級到1080，卻感覺FPS幾乎是零提升
於是打開監控看了一下........
跑魔獸特效全開的情況，平台的FPS只在4x~7x左右
CPU負載：3x~5x
GPU負載：2x~3x
跑絕地求生特效都設置低的情況，FPS只在2x~5x左右
CPU負載：4x~6x
GPU負載：3x~41(max)
看起來就像是GPU loading被鎖在40左右，導致FPS低落
請問這可能會是什麼原因？
目前已排除的幾個可能
1.CPU不夠吃 => E3表示他還有點餓..
2.電壓不足 => 650W 綽綽有餘...
