10k上下升級顯卡 請益 3A 美式RPG - 3C

各位高手午安，第一次發文，請多指教
小弟我的用途主要是PS 2D電繪，偶爾打打遊戲，以美式RPG 為主
目前電腦規格如下:
GTX660
E3 1230 V2
32GB Ram
迎廣600w 沙漠之狐
SSD + HDD
螢幕27 1440p
主架構是三四年前組的，而顯卡近來已略顯疲態。 巫師3開不了毛髮特效，GTA5 材質只能開最低，導致這兩款買完就被我放置了..
目前手上有一萬出頭的預算，最中意1070但太貴， 似乎剩下1060 6G 或 470 8G 比較理想?
尤其兩家港商的1060 6G價格誘人,但送修麻煩有點賭運氣
其實我也沒有非換顯卡不可， 只是也想觀望適當的升級時機， 去年一度要衝EVGA 970 Ref，但後來忍住等帕斯卡
總之想請問大家，以3A 美式RPG愛好者 來說，目前10k最好的選擇，或是要捏著上1070, 或繼續等下一代
求各位生火或滅火
