10K升級電腦希望跑遊戲更順 - 3C

各位好，小弟目前使用的配備如下：
CPU：AMD Athlon II X4 635
MB ：ASRock A780GM-LE
RAM：DDR2 2G*2
VGA：ATI Radeon HD 4850(ASUS版)
年終到了想說花一筆來做個升級，希望從10K來做個分配。
目前用途大概只有玩SC II跟D3是比較吃配備的。
目前的配備還無法再特效全開的狀態玩的很順暢，只能中等左右而且還偶爾頓頓的。
原本自己的想法是先不動顯卡，動其他三個，CPU換I5，按照置底文的配法RAM換8G。
但不知道這樣會不會感覺顯卡在拖累CPU的效能？是否該再提升一點預算把顯卡也升級？
或者其實以這兩個遊戲來說不用升級顯卡就已經很夠用了？
請協助給點建議，感恩。
