往下拉可以看到密度:"Area -45% compare to 7nm"
1/(100%-45%)=1.82
代表3nm GAA密度是7nm的1.82倍
三星7LPE密度是95.3MTr/mm2
所以3nm GAA密度是95.3*1.82=173MTr/mm2
恩...這個密度就是台積今年做的5nm阿 = =
是說三星還硬要切出6/5/4奈米 這配合老黃刀工也是剛好
GG到3nm製程的290MTr/mm2都用Finfet就搞定了
GG path finding早就玩過一堆GAA 只是線路沒那麼細沒好處
另外關於進度:
"Samsung expects its 3GAE process to offer first customer tapeouts in 2020,
with risk production in late 2020 and volume manufacturing in late 2021."
阿原本不是說現在就要risk production嗎? 怎麼要龜那麼久呢~~
