5nm Zen4架構:AMD的Ryzen 7000系列曝光 - 3C

Zen3之後,粉絲最大的期待就是Zen4了。不過多方消息稱AMD似乎有意靠Zen3+過渡一代
這樣的結果可能是Zen4對應的將是Ryzen 7000系列處理器
日前有國外爆料人同時洩露了Raphael(拉斐爾)和Phoenix(鳳凰)兩個代號
稱Raphael採用AM5插槽,Phoenix採用FP8插槽。
VCZ據此整理了新的路線圖,推定Raphael和Phoenix均是5nm Zen4架構下的新處理器
分別對應Ryzne CPU和Ryzen APU。而6nm Zen3+的Ryzne CPU代號Warhol(沃霍爾)
依然是AM4插槽,支援DDR4、PCIe 4.0。Zen3+還會孵化新的APU
代號Rembrandt(倫勃朗),首發對DDR5記憶體的支援。
關於Zen4,AMD表示開發非常順利,且架構的變化、提升幅度不會遜於Zen3之於Zen2
有傳聞Zen4 EPYC處理器(Genoa)將能達到96核之多,這樣的話或許能期待Ryzen 7000
CPU摸到18甚至20核
,得益於此Ryzen 7000 APU也有望來到最高12核。
