Hello,
Thank you for contacting NVIDIA Customer Care
This is Srivathsa assisting you with the issue
I understand from your email that you that you are not able to get the video
memory of the GPUs to be used completely by the games.
I see the screen shots provided in the web link and the page can be
translated to English with the Chrome browser and thus no issues with the
language.
I am sorry, I dont think there is any issue with this. It is an expected
result with the video memory. The dedicated memory on the NVIDIA card is used
only if the application rendering is higher than the screen refresh rate to
next frame.
Video memory is used to store the frame that is rendered by the graphic
chipset, but yet to provided to the screen. If the game is graphic intensive,
the speed of processing to render the frame will reduce and thus no of frames
in the buffer would be less.
Thus usage of the memory is game and the graphic card specific. A graphic
card like GTX 670 may use more video memory than the GTX 660 Ti. Because for
the same game GTX 670 or GTX 680 can generate more frames than the GTX 660 Ti
MSI after burner cannot change the settings of usage pertaining to the video
memory.
Please update us the results at your convenience.
Best regards,
Srivathsa,
NVIDIA Customer Care.
