6核12線程的Coffee Lake處理器曝光:頻率3.1-4.2GHzGHz,81W功耗

Intel今年的處理器路線圖已經基本明朗了——高端產品是Core X和X299晶片組,主流市
場是8代酷睿,也就是Coffee Lake-S這一代,搭配300系晶片組。Coffee Lake-S還會使用
14nm製程,但是吸引人的地方在於Intel這次會給主流市場帶來6核架構,現在6核12線程
的Coffee Lake-S處理器被Sisoftware數據庫曝光了,目前的頻率只有3.1-4.2GHz,平均
功耗約為81.2W。
ntel前幾天已經意外曝光Coffee Lake-S處理器路線圖中,今年8-9月及明年初分別發布兩
波產品,首發的是K系列高端型號,有4核、6核型號,TDP最高95W ,還有65W型號,搭配
Z370晶片組(AMD那邊是X370晶片組,別混了)。
明年初則會推出更多型號,覆蓋2核、4核、6核市場,TDP也涵蓋95W、65W及35W,搭配300
系晶片組。
現在Coffee Lake-S中的6核12線程處理器在Sisoftware數據庫中曝光了,還有6核6線程的
處理器,不過後者早前就曝光過一次了,而6C/12T的則是新的。
從Sisoftware曝光的信息來看,這個6C/12T處理器基礎頻率3.1GHz,加速頻率4.2GHz,
DRAM頻率2700MHz(應該是DDR4-2666 DRAM),L2快取是每核心256KB,L3快取總計12MB,
這跟目前的Kaby Lake架構差不多,實際上Sisoftware識別的處理器信息也顯示是Kaby
Lake家族。
由於頻率比目前的Core i7-7700K處理器的4.2-4.5GHz低得多,所以64.64GFLOPS的性能跟
Core i7-7700K平均151GFLOPS的性能相差很遠,不過它的平均功耗也低得多,81.2 W的水
平要比Sisoftware中Core i7-7700K平均156W的功耗低很多。
這次曝光的還有6c6t的Coffee Lake-S處理器,規格跟早前曝光的相似,頻率3.5GHz(加
速頻率未知,或者就沒有加速頻率),L2快取還是256KB,L3快取則砍到9MB。考慮到這個
6核處理器是歸屬於Core i5系列的,所以L3快取有所精簡也很正常,Intel要拉開它與
Core i7的差距。
考慮到發佈時間沒幾個月了,Coffee Lake-S處理器應該已經接近正式版了,如果
Sisoftware數據庫曝光的信息準確,那麼6C/12T線程的Coffee Lake-S處理器頻率可能比
較讓人失望,多核性能毫無疑問會很強,但是較低的頻率在遊戲應用中會很吃虧,這方面
恐怕還是Core i7-7700K更強。
