960的選擇 - 顯卡

最近近期要換新顯卡，
加上口袋不深，所以目標放在960，預期這台電腦要稱4年
也因為看大家說960超過7000元CP值就下降
所以挑msi跟asus的6990這塊
微星 GTX 960 2GD5T OC(鎧甲虎)27.3cm(紅綠折150)*送劍靈會員30日+巫師3-狂獵
華碩 GTX960-MOC-2GD5(2G DDR5)17cm(紅綠配折150)(完美四年保固)送 巫師3-狂獵
但因為華碩這塊是短板，其實不瞭解跟一般版差別在哪邊，
所以是否能給我建議一下。
順便是否能上個小課，讓我知道一般跟短的差別再哪邊（比如說：散熱、效能之類的）
