AGP 3650廠牌選擇 - 顯卡

最近因為玩遊戲常破圖，但又不想把這台老電腦換掉的情形下
決定把3650敗下去，現在找到的是HD憾訊有風扇跟ASUS超靜音無風扇的
看到版上有人說買3650不推撼訊，想請問一下這兩張除了一個有風扇一個沒以外
還有什麼差別嗎?若不考慮價格(兩個差不多)，到底要買哪張好呢?
電腦配備:
主機版:P5P800-VM
POWER:雜牌320W
RAM:DDR 2G
顯卡RADEON 9200PRO
另外請教一個問題，因為原PO沒換過顯卡，買來後要怎麼換上?老電腦還有外接一個
RADEON 9200PRO，這個外接的是插在哪裡?其實只要跟我說位置應該會拔!
