1. 1703的平衡模式比1607還要糟些，在HEVC main 10轉檔還要多出7秒

2. AMD Ryzen Balanced電源模式的效能跟1607相差無幾

3. 不想再測第二次了，期待AMD / 微軟 / BIOS有出對應的更新檔比較實際
