Youtube頻道Moore's Law Is Dead根據好幾位線人的資訊
給出目前(2021年5月)對AMD Zen4的預測
重點:
1. Zen 4 會使用台積電的5nm製程
2. Zen 4對Zen 3有超過20%的IPC增加
(作者說有聽到比20%高很多的數字 但不是來自於最可靠的幾位線人)
3. Chiplets還是8核設計
4. Epyc系列產品 (Genoa vs Milan)會有超過50%的performace/watts提升
5. 桌面處理器確定有24核的樣品,但不確定AMD是否會推出產品,大部分的資訊還是指向
16核是最高階產品
6. I/O die會使用台積電的6nm製程 (目前是用GF的12nm製程)
7. 96核的Genoa Epyc樣品確實存在
8. Genoa Epyc會有用上台積電X3D封裝科技的型號 (應該就是蘇媽剛展示的技術)
