AMD悄悄為市售一代Ryzen處理器升級為12nm製程

儘管採用7nm Zen 2架構的第三代Ryzen處理器已成為市售主力,但價格跌幅動人的一、二
代Ryzen依然頗有銷路。
有趣的是,使用者發現,原型號YD1600BBAE的Ryzen 5 1600處理器悄悄被更替為
YD1600BBAF,經CPU-Z、HWiNFO等硬體檢測工具辨識,AF版新處理器竟升級為了12nm製程
。新製程不僅帶來了更低的功耗和發熱,效能穩定性亦進一步提高。

Reddit上有用戶測試指稱,舊晶片於任何負載下,即便是只開了單核和雙核,時脈也會很
容易掉到3.4GHz,而新晶片可以在3.7GHz上撐更久,亦即是比2600僅僅低了200MHz。
稍稍需要注意的是,AMD為AF處理器附贈的是Wraith Stealth散熱器,而非Wraith Spire
。
至於AMD為何悄悄做出此調整尚不得而知,有猜測是1600的需求超過了2600,亦有猜測是
GlobalFoundries出於某種原因關閉了14nm產線。
