AMD最新Roadmap今年Zen3+ 6nm沒D5下代5nm - 3C

推特有人爆料了AMD的Roadmap了
5000系列(Vermeer)的下一代會是Warhol Zen3+架構 採用的是6nm製程 且不支援DDR5
桌上型平台要等下一代Zen 4才會支援DDR5及PCIe 5
至於APU這一代是Cezanne 下一代Rembrandt同樣基於Zen3+且終於支援PCIe 4 且一樣6nm
GPU則是會升級到RDNA2架構 DDR5由Zen3+ APU首發
我們都知道這一代APU舊架構跟新架構以超混亂的命名並存(Zen3 & Zen2)
看來蘇媽要把這個壞習慣延續下去了 下一代同樣會有Zen3+跟Zen3並存的狀況
然後FP7有望由Zen 3+ APU首發!(消息下面有人確定不是AM5)
至於Van Gogh跟Dragon Crest應該是低壓版的APU
同樣升級到RDNA2架構GPU 但依然在Zen2...
而Van Gogh是FF3腳位
功耗為7.5-18W(7.5-12W Fanless 12-18W 風扇)
有人更稱這可以成為Switch競爭者的晶片
最後一排則是最近剛曝光的TRX40腳位晶片 會用上Zen3架構
