Android訊息 這個改版後出了很多功能，
但是傳送 表情圖案這種是走簡訊計費 還是4G網路呢？

如果直接傳送照片， 是走4G網路呢？

我把4G/3G 關閉 只留下 wifi連接，
看起來圖片是傳不出去的.
