請問各位大大 :
我的 apache2是用 tarball安裝的，執行之後，系統都會自動 email 給 root ,
說有以下的錯誤 :

(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
-----------------------------------------------------
我有是過去 httpd.conf 指定 address , 他還是一樣會有錯誤，不知道這是哪邊的問題 ?
