同一款app在Google play和 AppStore 上的評分人數可以差很多
LINE 在 Google play 有10,009,854 的千萬評分數，AppStore 只有 69,693
Candy crush saga 則是19,110,308 對上 48,600
Instagram 是 54,391,521 對上 221,205
（AppStore 的數字都是取自 all version 的）
是什麼原因造成這種差別？
