看過推文後來我有去查了一下，順便補充一下

Additionally, Apple Watch Series 3 models do not support roaming outside of a provider's network coverage area, according to Apple's fine print, so roaming when traveling to another country is not supported.

新聞這篇講的很死，
那國買的就只能用在該國的電信且不支援漫遊（且是硬體上的無解）
但他舉的例子又是美國和德國兩個頻段本來就不相容的國家
？？？
根據官網applewatch支援頻段機種只有分為三種

而台灣目前的LTE頻段是700 900 1800 2600 也就是跟第二種日、英、德等的頻段應該是可以兼容的
但是點日本的購買官網又有下面的附註

大意是必須和iphone同電信商且對應的電信商為以下三個
所以也有鎖電信商可能存在（但也不排除是避免繁雜所以只列出該國電信）

也就是日版的之後在台灣也是有可能能夠支援的
（雖然我覺得等到series 5應該都出來了……）
而且比較高階的款式都是LTE版才有…

所以只能等發售後再看看了
