Apple watch配對卡在更新 - iOS

最近抽到一隻watch 剛剛開箱要拿來配對

結果 一直卡著

按了配對 就顯示要我更新

按了更新之後又說我是最新版本

一下又在檢查更新項目中轉圈圈

請問有高手知道如何解決嗎？謝謝

手機為6 版本9.3.5
