ASUS WL-103b網卡無法驅動(ubuntu 10.02) - Linux

最近把自己的舊筆電安裝了 ubuntu 10.04 LTS

目的只是上網，文件編輯，但現在有2個問題無法解決，

1. ASUS WL-103b 網卡 無法驅動
2. 無法正常關機，畫面會當掉

因為爬文爬許久一直找不到有效的驅動方法，所以最近試著升級到12.04版本，
卻意外的不用安裝任何步驟就驅動好了，但因為筆電跑不動12.04版本，
所以又重新裝回10.02，可是問題又迴圈了...

由於是LINUX新手，以前只有windows安裝經驗，想請教版上達人們，

要如何才能驅動這塊無線網卡呢，我已經傷透腦筋了。
