Battery Warning - 更新win10後無法充電 - Windows

我的筆電從win8.1更新win10以後

電池電量一直顯示: 75%(未充電)

插頭一拔掉就會關機



開機之後有出現錯誤訊息:http://i.imgur.com/ytjjiqs.jpg
The battery is not operating under normal condition. Replacing the battery
pack is highly recommended. If the adapter is removed in current state. You
may lose your data. Please save your data immediately. The battery pack is
consumerable device. This pack is not working correctly or life is ended.
Please stop using the battery or replace it for your safety.


以上敘述在網路上找不太到

只有些無法充電是說 - bios設定、電池壞了、拔掉電池重裝看看...

但是很明顯升級之後才出現的問題

我的筆電是SAMSUNG ATIV SMART PC Pro 無法拆解電池

請問有解決的辦法嗎?
