去年9月在Apple官網上購買
beats studio3 wireless耳機
正常使用下,在今年6月發現右耳外殼分離
(只在辦公室使用,下班時會掛在耳機架上,
無攜帶外出或是摔落撞擊過)
送修到101店,店員詳細檢查下
認為外觀沒有撞擊損傷
只有輕微的使用痕跡
而且商品還在保固內
所以先幫我初步判定無需維修費用
但還須由維修部門做二次判定
這是耳機外殼分離的情況

使用時發現有塑膠碎片掉出
拿手電筒照裡面,才發現是螺絲的底座龜裂(兩個都裂)
最後維修人員來信告知需要6180元的維修費

產品已過保的部分,我詢問線上客服
告知我是因為損壞程度不在保固內
所以才會顯示已過保
只能說....這麼不便宜的耳機
居然有這種品質.....
想購買的人請三思
