Bitlocker 48碼金鑰 - Windows

上周電腦更新完關機後重開就再也無法正常進入Windows，
目前一直停在藍屏畫面要求我提供48碼修復金鑰後才能繼續備份資料跟重灌，
但我當初是買品牌機(ASUS)，買回來Windows就是灌好的我根本沒設定過Bitlocker......
工程師不斷鬼打牆說我有設定，我爬文看到有人說如果是品牌機都是品牌廠自己先預設的?

確認我的Microsoft帳戶沒有此台裝置也沒有金鑰，
然後又找到此篇文章：https://reurl.cc/XlOy93
看到有人在這網站 https://webserver.contoso.com/SelfService 用識別碼成功找回金鑰，
但我卻又打不開這網站......
這樣一直無限輪迴真的快瘋了，電腦內有很多重要資料不可能直接重灌，
想請問有人有相關經驗並成功救回資料的嗎?
