blog不能改css - 部落格

就是我的blog後台無法編輯css

他一直顯示說是

Your template is invalid because the tag 'div' appears inside of the tag
'head'.

可是我都不知道是哪邊出錯

請問這邊的大大可以幫小弟看一下嗎?
