bootcfg /list 不是內部或外部命令 - Windows

遇到了
無法啟動Windows：
<Windows root>system32\hal.dll
的問題，在網路找的方法說要輸入bootcfg /list
可是我輸入後出現"不是內部或外部命令可執行程式或批次檔"
why?
