Language pack can be installed via internet during the installation.
No need to use Lazybuntu, just keep the LAN wire connected,
and at about 93% or 94% of Ubuntu installation, it would try to reach
the language packs on the repository.
The problem the original-po encountered must have been due to the lack
of internet during the installation, so the language packs have to be
installed later. Actually it's not a big deal, because uses can always
install language packs via Synaptics. However, if the original-po is not yet
familiar with Ubuntu, maybe a re-installation with network connection is
a best solution.
