chrome 無法開啟https 網址 - Google

不知道有沒有人碰到跟我一樣的問題
最近幾天只要是https 網頁便會無法開啟
時好時壞
試過重新安裝chrome
也把所有擴充功能刪除
剛開始使用正常，後來就又無法開啟
現在連FB、google search 都沒辦法使用
