guru3D上的說明比較清楚 所以就簡單講一下基本操作與安裝
1.先將主機板LLC依照不同廠牌設定

2.將電壓、頻率控制 皆設定為自動,SVM功能關閉
3.下載解壓縮CTR之外 還要下載cinebench R20 壓縮檔版(不能用store裡的),
然後將R20的檔案複製到CTR資料夾裡的CB20裡,再將資料夾內的R20開啟同意程
式注意事項並關閉程式
4.開啟CTR.exe

紅框內表示各個核心的體質

5.設定掃描參數

cycle time:每次循環測試的時間
ccx delta: 每次測試增進頻率
polling period: 這個應該是不用動 有點不知道他要幹嘛 :D
Reference frequency:掃描測試的起始頻率
Max frequency:目標頻率
Reference voltage: 核心電壓(最大1.35V)
(CB20 testing打開才會有效能對比圖表,右邊的功率牆我的3600都沒撞到所以都沒動)
6.死打斗

等他跑完就結束了~
以我上面圖的設定舉個例子
他會先跑R20測試預設分數,之後以4200MHz頻率開始每次增加250MHz進行循環測試
4200MHz壓力測試(120秒左右)
4225MHz(120秒左右)
4250MHz
....
直到有任何一個CCX出現failed就會將failed的CCX降頻250MHz再次壓力測試
只要出現failed會再以之後測到的穩定頻率各減250MHz為最終參數
如果有選CB20 testing
左邊BENCHMARK才會有圖表(我忘記截圖 借一下作者@1usmus的圖)

最後最後記得 點選CREATE & APPLY PROFILE
不然設定不會儲存
然後這是我最終R20的分數

心得:這程式是以CCX為單位去超頻的,所以單核心的頻率決定於與自己同一CCX的最低
體質,這程式跑起來其實比自己手動超頻還要方便很多,而且效果也是非常明顯的,不
知道為什麼我覺得他的穩定性不輸BIOS設定(另外也覺得ryzen master設定比較不穩),
然後我的CCX1好像有點烙賽...
(上面說明如果有錯誤請提醒我改掉)
