compile kernel - Linux

我是使用ubuntu 12.10 然後下載了3.7.2的source code

在compile 完以後

輸入了sudo kpkg -i linux-image-3.7.2_3.7.2-10.00.Custom_i386.deb

結果卻出現了error的情況

上面是寫

dpkg:error processing linux-image-3.7.2_3.7.2-10.00.Custom_i386.deb(--install):

cannot access archive: no such file or directory

error were encountered while processing:

linux-image-3.7.2_3.7.2-10.00.Custom_i386.deb

另外輸入了類似的指令可是是headers 狀況也是一樣

然後我回到圖形介面以後卻又有在桌面上看到這個檔案

所以我嘗試直接開檔案安裝

在安裝完image 跟 headers以後回到文字介面上查看kernel版本可是卻沒有變動
