compute engine ssh連線問題 - Google

最近在compute engine弄了個ubuntu 16的server。

剛剛server當機重開後，從網頁的ssh連線就連不上了。

用gcloud compute ssh卻可以連上。

請問這是什麼情況？要怎麼解決？
