cygwin+uClinux的安裝 - Linux

想請問各位大大：

為什麼我把sh arm-elf-tools-20030314.sh
放到C:\cygwin，
然後打sh arm-elf-tools-20030314.sh，


會出現
Cannot find the location of the install script
<//arm-elf-tools-20030314.sh>?
請問我是少了什麼東西嗎??

PS:我已經chmod 777 arm-elf-tools-20030314.sh 了
