最近下載套件一直碰到這個錯誤
Google 了一下發現一個解決辦法

作者的解決辦法對我沒用
但是底下有人留言的作法是進入 Incognito Mode 然後去下載，就可以了
在我的瀏覽器上這招奏效
想請問一下有沒有板友知道這是什麼原因？
