El Capitan無法安裝Virtual Box - MAC

最近更新完El Capitan
發現重新安裝完的Virtual Box不能用了
打開都會顯示錯誤
錯誤訊息是The Virtual machine "windows 7" has terminated unexpectedly
during startup with exit code 1 (0x1)

Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)
Make sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully
請問有人遇到一樣的狀況嗎
