本人彭成嵩因利用任職於科技公司之機會，侵占美商英特爾公司所有僅供測試禁止出售或
轉讓之工程樣品中央處理器(ES版CPU)，並轉售予他人牟利，現由台北地方法院以涉犯刑
法業務侵占罪審理中。本人已停止前開行為，且保證不再侵害該公司權益，謹此公開道歉
，並籲請公眾尊重美商英特爾公司之財產權益，切勿重蹈本人覆轍。
