發生問題頻率：一直
是否有做Windows Update：有
問題內容：
大家好~想請問的是之前買的ez100pu讀卡機在win7正常使用，後來買了新筆電
換到新筆電上去用，卡在驅動無法正常安裝(原廠或windows update的驅動)
一直顯示
"windows 無法載入這個硬體的裝置驅動程式。驅動程式可能已損毀或遺失。(代碼 39)"
上網查了試了各式方法都還是一樣，只剩刪除登入碼沒試過(不熟)
想請教還有什麼方法或是刪除登入碼的方法教學可解決之類的，謝謝!
