failed to save all the components - Windows

Table of Contents
When I running Firefox, it emerge the information:
"failed to save all the components for the file \system32\0000301c. ......"
And I open the C:\ , everything disappeared
and I can't type Chinese now.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem?
