failed to set new freq - BBS

小弟我在boot up機器時

試著用另一台電腦login

發現會說connection refused

就接上螢幕一看

看到一行message是說

failed to set new freq, disabling passive cooling

請問一下是什麼樣的問題

該如何解決才好呢？
