Freemyapps ios8點數拿不到 - iOS

如果你看得到自己的點數，但就是完全拿不到新的點數，那應該是這個問題。

Q: I'm still not getting my credits for anything. Can you help?

A: You may not be getting credits because you manually or
accidentally reset your Advertising Identifier. If you change
your Advertising Identifier at any time you will still see
apps, but you will stop getting credits for them! If you
think this has happened, please contact support and ask for
help refreshing your identifier. Note that clearing your
cookies will NOT reset your Advertising Identifier.
The following actions will change your Advertising Identifier and
interfere with your ability to earn credits:
1. Click on the "Reset Advertising Identifier" button in Settings >
About > Advertising > Reset.
2. Click on the "Erase All Content and Settings" button in Settings >
General > Reset.
3. Restore the device from a backup.


這問題只能透過客服解決：

1. 查詢你的 tracking code
在機器上開 http://m.freemyapps.com
拉到最下面，點 Contact，然後頁面中間就會出現你的 tracking code。

2. 寄信到 [email protected]
主旨打個 help refreshing advertising identifier
內容附上你的 tracking code
然後就等客服回你就行了
